Tired of Floors
That Embarrass You?

01
The Dust

Tired of tracking concrete dust into your clean house every single time you walk through the garage?

02
The Cracks

Worried those small cracks are turning into major structural issues? Left untreated, they usually do.

03
The Shame

Do you keep the garage door closed when neighbors walk by? You deserve a floor you're proud to show off.

We Believe You
Deserve Better.

We understand the frustration of spending money on a home only to have a garage that feels like an eyesore. You've probably looked at DIY kits or heard horror stories of coatings that peel in weeks.

At Team Platinum Coating, we've spent over 5 years perfecting a system that eliminates that worry entirely. We use industrial-grade polyaspartic technology so you never have to think about your floor again.

The Process.
No shortcuts.

Five steps. Every job. This is what separates a floor that lasts decades from one that fails in three years.

Phase 01
Diamond Grind & Shot Blast

We use heavy industrial diamond grinders to mechanically open the pores of your concrete. On larger or contaminated slabs we bring in shot blasting for a deeper profile. No weak acid washing — ever.

Phase 02
Repair & Fill

Every crack, pit, and divot gets filled before a single drop of coating touches your floor. Skip this step and the rest doesn't matter.

Phase 03
Moisture Vapor Barrier

We apply a dedicated MVB primer coat directly to the slab. It locks out ground moisture from below — the silent killer behind most coating failures. Not every contractor bothers. We don't skip it.

Phase 04
Epoxy Base & Broadcast

Our high-build epoxy base coat penetrates deep into the concrete pores for a bond that won't lift, peel, or bubble. While it's still open, we broadcast your chosen decorative flake blend across the full surface.

Phase 05
Polyaspartic Top Coat

The final seal. Our UV-stable polyaspartic top coat locks everything in — resisting road salt, oil, gas, and hot tire pickup for the long haul.

The Two-Coat System
That Changes
Everything.

We apply a high-build epoxy base coat for concrete bonding and moisture resistance, then seal it with a UV-stable polyaspartic top coat. Most contractors only apply one. We apply both — because your floor deserves it.

Most residential garages take 2 to 3 days depending on the size of the space. Day 1 is all prep and base coat — day 2 (sometimes 3 for larger floors) we apply the top coat and finishing details.

Light foot traffic is safe after 6–8 hours. You can drive on the surface after 48 hours. We recommend waiting the full 48 hrs before parking your vehicle to ensure the coating has fully cured.

Yes — polyaspartic is specifically formulated for Canadian climates and can be applied in temperatures as low as -30°C. We don't stop working just because it's winter.

Polyaspartic cures faster, is 100% UV stable (won't yellow), handles extreme temperature swings better, and lasts significantly longer than standard epoxy systems. See our comparison table above for the full breakdown.

Yes — every installation comes with a 20-year warranty against peeling and delamination, subject to conditions. If the coating fails under normal use, we make it right.
